A stretched floor is the ideal floor for a space where various martial arts are given. A layer of two or four centimeters (by own choice) is laid under the stretch floor. We also place an anti-slip finishing sail on top. With a tarp stretched over these two layers, your floor is ready for use. This gives you an ideal floor for giving sports such as karate, judo, aikido, krav maga, mma and (kick) boxing. For the finishing touch it is also possible to have your logo or anything else painted on the surface.

Tip: Also very good for your gym ring or octagon.

Advantages of stretched floors

Stretched floors have many advantages. They are easy to clean with a machine or mop. The stretched floors consist of one whole, unlike puzzle mats. A floor where no loose parts can slide or stand up prevents tripping and bruised toes. Because stretched floors are suitable for so many sports, you only need one space for classes in your gym. If you change locations, we can reuse the same mat in the other space. Finally, the lifespan of a stretch floor is considerably longer than that of puzzle mats.

Looking for a simple system as a gym floor? Then you should definitely consider Tatami Puzzle mats. The tatami puzzle mats is an easy system. The mats are very light and easy to transport. WHAT ARE TATAMI PUZZLE MATS?

Tatami puzzle mats have a waffle-like shape. This makes them easy to assemble like a real puzzle. The mats are very light. You can easily take the floor apart and transport it to another room. The tatami puzzle mats provide cushioning in structure. If the mats are properly laid, they will not move. We have various puzzle mats, and the models are also available in different colors.

THE RIGHT MATS

The tatami puzzle mats are available in two thicknesses, 2 and 4 centimeters. The 2 centimeter mats are suitable for sports such as kick boxing, taekwondo and karate. The 4 centimeter thick mats are suitable for (Brazilian) jiu jitsu, aikido and judo. Because the mats are slightly thicker, it is safer and more convenient to drop your fall than the thinner variant. You can also use the puzzle mats for sports such as aerobics, fitness and yoga. You hardly need to take the thickness of the mat into account for these type of sports.
